When Mold Sets in! Longwood, FL

This is a before and after photo of an extreme mold situation. Before: The owner was out of town working for several months, meanwhile the unit above her was leaking into her home. When our Technicians arrived on site, they found microbial growth on the walls, floors and ceilings. The microbial growth was many different colors and even mushrooms through the home. After: SERVPRO of Altamonte Springs/Longwood had to remove all of the affected materials in the home because it was highly contaminated by microbial growth. There were several stages of remediation that took place in order to insure the structure was ready for the contractors to rebuild her home “Like it never even happened.”
