Office Building Water Damage

Water damage is not restricted to your home, it can also happen in your office. When this commercial building in Altamonte Springs had a water damage their walls and carpet were affected. We extracted the standing water from the commercial glue down, then detached the cove base, by first scoring the wall, in order to facilitate the drying of the walls. Cove base staying in place can hinder the drying process so it is always good to detach the cove base from the walls if you ever have a water damage. Once the drywall has reached its normal moisture content level it is an easy process to glue the cove base back to the wall!
